Reservation & Attendance Rules

scheduleTime Slots & Seating
Seating times: 4:15 PM or 6:30 PM.
Duration: Reservations are for 90 minutes per table for food & drinks. After your seating window, guests are moved to the Biggie room for drink specials.

access_timeGrace Period & Punctuality
There is a 15 minute grace period. Arriving later than 15 minutes results in forfeiture of your table.
The entire party must arrive before seating begins — partial arrivals after the grace period are not accepted.

groupParty Size & Large Groups
Maximum: 20 guests per party.
For parties of 10 or more, a prefix menu / package is required. Reservations for large groups should be made via:

If OpenTable (or your booking provider) doesn't allow a reservation, it means capacity has been reached.

Guests must be 21+ to attend. IDs are scanned by security and photos of IDs are not accepted.

cakeBirthday & Special Requests
The venue does not provide cakes/cupcakes/balloons, but guests may bring them in.
Presentation fee: $20 for birthday cake presentation.
Custom face poster: $100 — email reserve@theafroexperience.com at least one week prior.

By booking, guests grant Afro Experience LLC permission to capture photos/videos and use them for promotion or advertising without compensation.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Afro Experience LLC is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Brunch service: Sundays, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. After party (Afrobeats & Brunch) continues until 4:00 AM.
